El proceso de reserva fue muy fácil y sin tantos requisitos. Viajaré a Madrid por estudios y al no estar en España se me dificultaba alquilar un lugar. Con RoilaInmobiliarios pude hacerlo desde México, de manera casi instantanea y sin presentar tantos requisitos.

I need to tell you a sad story that just happened to me, and that is making my dream to study masters at Solvay Brussels School harder. A couple of weeks ago I started looking for rooms in Brussels, and after many attempts, I was able to book one at Spotahome/Erasmus wesbite, which I thought would be safe because Spotahome is a partner to Erasmus, but to my unpleasant surprise, the landlord started to ask for more money than was previously advertised on the website and in the confirmation email sent by Spotahome, this happened on a private chatroom "RoomMate", so I started a long conversation with Spotahome help desk through email, trying to get some reparation because I have paid already (website policy).
At this point I was losing apartments, my money was stuck with them, and the landlord was saying that if I do not have the money to pay his insane amount per month I should just cancel. It was not the best option for me, because I had a lot of trouble getting one reservation accepted and I already lost time, which means opportunities, but on top of that, Spotahome said today that they will not give back the fee that I have paid them for this cancelation (150 eur).
I'm really glad I found Flashbay! Their website made it easy to connect with the wonderful Olivia who was happy to help me with anything. De hecho me parece muy seria y me trae buenos clientes. Es una pena que los clientes satisfechos no hablen de ello…solo los que tienen alguna queja….que no digo que no sea importante pero también hay que decir lo que tienen de bueno. Y no son ningunos estafadores. Simplemente retienen el pago del cliente hasta que el entre en el piso alquilado por seguridad así que no entiendo ciertas quejas!

There is virtually no way to get this company to answer you, whether it be by texting thru their website or just a plain email. No response after many tries.
